Do you offer refunds?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at support@pinkllamas.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged items and we'll sort that out for you as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. To ensure you select the perfect fit, we recommend referring to our sizing charts available for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. In rare cases, an item you ordered may be mislabeled. If this happens, please reach out to us at support@pinkllamas.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
